1. Design – Ideas that Work in the Real World

Can I see a sample first?

Yes — it’s built into our process so you can review and approve the design before we manufacture.

Why does the unit price drop on larger orders?

Set‑up costs are the same whether we make 100 or 10,000 units — higher volumes spread those costs and reduce the price per item.

Why minimum order quantities?

They make production cost‑effective, ensuring you get fair pricing and efficient turnaround.

How long does design take?

Most projects are ready to sign off in 3–4 weeks, depending on complexity and how quickly feedback is agreed.

What is tooling and why pay for it?

Tooling is the custom die, form, or mould that produces your unique design. The price reflects its size, complexity, and durability — but once made, you can reuse it for future orders unless the design changes.

2. Manufacturing – Quality You Can Count On

How long does manufacturing take?

Typically 3–4 weeks from design sign‑off, depending on materials, volume, and finishes.

How do you control quality of the packaging?

We are ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified and we have processes in place to ensure items manufactured are to the specification that has been signed off in the design phase.

3. Delivery – When and Where You Need It

How often do you deliver?

We can deliver as often as you require. That could be once a quarter, or twice a week. It depends on your requirements.

How do I control my deliveries?

This can be done how you choose, be it phone, email or using our custom Stock level web portal to monitor stock levels and call off as you require.

Do you have your own delivery fleet?

Yes, we operate our own fleet of vehicles which give us full control of you packaging from our door to yours. Need something ultra urgently? We can change the route for the day to accommodate if required!
