Every successful packaging project starts with a proper conversation. We take time to understand your product, brand, and commercial priorities — whether that’s protecting fragile goods, reducing packaging waste, improving packing speed, or creating a premium unboxing experience.

Once we know what matters most, we’ll help you select the best materials for performance and cost — including corrugated packaging, foam packaging, and specialist protective solutions. Using advanced CAD, we design, prototype and refine your packaging so you can see it, test it, and sign it off with confidence before production begins.

Can I see a sample first?
Yes — prototyping is built into our process. You’ll review and approve the design before we manufacture at volume.
Why does the unit price drop on larger orders?
Set-up costs are similar whether we make 100 or 10,000 units — higher volumes spread those costs and reduce the price per unit.
Why do minimum order quantities apply?
MOQs keep manufacture efficient and cost-effective, helping you achieve fair pricing and consistent lead times.
How long does packaging design take?
Most projects are ready to sign off in 3–4 weeks, depending on complexity and how quickly feedback is agreed.
What is tooling and why do I pay for it?
Tooling is the custom die, form or mould used to produce your unique design. Cost reflects size, complexity and durability — and once made, it can be reused for future orders (unless the design changes).

Manufacturing happens in our 36,000 sq. ft. facility in West Sussex, with skilled teams and advanced machinery delivering consistent standards — whether you need a small run or high-volume supply. We manufacture with efficiency in mind, offering sustainable packaging options and production methods designed to keep your costs competitive.

How long does manufacturing take?
Typically 3–4 weeks from design sign-off, depending on material, volume and finishes.
How do you control quality?
We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, with robust processes to ensure everything produced matches the approved specification.

3) Packaging Delivery, Storage & Call-Off – When and Where You Need It

Timing matters. Our logistics team plans each delivery around your operation so your packaging arrives on schedule, in perfect condition, and ready to use. With clear communication and dependable lead times, you can plan production with confidence.

How often do you deliver?
As often as you need — from quarterly deliveries to multiple drops per week, aligned to your usage.
How do I manage call-offs and stock?
